Sprinkler System

As the sprinkler system is one of the most common systems used in fire protection field, SESCO is providing such system with both types:

Wet Pipe Fire Sprinkler Systems:

For malls, hotels, warehouses and other properties, Wet pipe fire sprinklers system is the most common type of fire sprinkler system in use. It is consists of tubes or pipes filled with pressurized water and equipped with the sprinkler sensitive head. Choosing of sprinkler degree, pipes diameter and K-factor is subjected to hazard classification and area hydraulic calculations.

For applying such system, SESCO is committed to use only the certified types of sprinkler which are UL listed and FM approved. Also we use the approved fittings. All designs are subjected to the national code NFPA 13 and the local codes.

Dry Pipe Fire Sprinkler Systems:

Dry pipe fire sprinkler systems are similar to wet pipe; except the water is not stored in the pipes and the head of sprinklers are normally open. Such system is equipped with fire alarm detection system, firefighting control panel and deluge valve.

    CO2 Total Flooding Suppression System

As usual, SESCO is providing an automatic extinguishing system with CO2 for electrical transformers and distribution panel rooms. Such system is provided with a low price. As we believe in save souls and properties, SESCO is committed to save human lives, SESCO making sure that such system shall not be applied in rooms unless such rooms are human free.

SESCO is committed to national standards and local codes for applying such systems, such as NFPA12 and the local code.

Using of the certified detection system including for FFCP, cylinders, pipes and fittings, suspension tools and equipment in such system is one of our priorities. Supervising the system and controlling on is provided by SESCO.

      FM200 Automatic Suppression System

SESCO is providing an automatic extinguishing system with the clean agent FM200 for control rooms and any rooms & properties which the human resources are involved in.

SESCO is committed to national standards and local codes for applying such systems, such as NFPA12 and the Egyptian code.

Using of the certified detection system including for FFCP, cylinders, pipes and fittings, suspension tools and equipment in such system is one of our priorities. Supervising the system and controlling on is provided by SESCO.

        Foam Suppression System

        Concept of fighting by foam:

Fire suppression foam is comprised of three parts: foam concentrate, water, and air. When mixed correctly, these parts form a homogeneous foam blanket that extinguishes flames by the combined mechanisms of cooling, separating the flame source from the product surface, suppressing vapors, and smothering. This makes foam suppression systems an effective option for protecting flammable and combustible liquids.

        Advantages:

During a fire, foam extinguishing systems distribute large-scale foam blankets via foam monitors, sprinklers or nozzles. The foam is applied to the burning material, extinguishes the fire and serves as a deterrent against re-ignition. Foam extinguishing systems are suitable for protecting high-risk areas, e.g. due to flammable liquids or plastics. The adjustable low to extremely high
foaming option offers an optimum extinguishing effect for every type of risk.

SESCO is providing such system with two options: one with the bladder tank system, second with the in-line proportioner. Also SESCO provides the AFFF, AR-AFFF and FP foam concentrates.

SESCO is committed to produce such system with a certified tools and equipment, including for the detection network and deluge valve and as per NFPA requirements.

          Automatic Extinguishing Powder System

During a fire, an automatic extinguishing system distribute large-scale of powder via sprinklers or nozzles.

Such system provided with an automatic fire detection system, complete with FFCP.

Such system is effective with the open areas such as generators, which the other systems can’t be effective with open areas.

Such system shall be provided by SESCO under the NFPA, code Reference: NFPA 17 Standard for Dry chemical Extinguishing Systems.
